Thank you for sharing and being honest. I won’t give you any false platitudes but I will say I think you are strong. Words are powerful so if you want to say positive words to yourself, maybe you can adjust them to believe they are true. Often I add the phrase, “I’m willing to” in front of things I would rather say I will do so I don’t catch myself lying. Keep writing!
