I recommend positive self-talk as a starting point for anyone who doesn’t know how to begin with self-care. If you write down all the negative things you say to yourself in a day, and then create a positive replacement, you can see results in how you are feeling in just a few days! I love this reminder that its actually more grown up to talk ourselves up instead of down! Thanks for this list ❤
